Our clients told us that one of their frustrations was that no matter how much time and training they put into trying to get their team members to cross-promote other departments and events, they just didn’t do it.
Sending mass-marketing emails regularly (or when something important happens) isn’t always feasible.
We thought long and hard…and realised that if the marketers controlled the messages and the messages were attached to normal business emails, then they’d be opened and read.
